How to Get a List Without Working for It

February 8th, 2010 · 11 Comments · Uncategorized

Did you ever wanted to have a money-making opt-in list but didn’t know how to build or start one?

A list with real people that you can mail good content to… at the push of a button, and see hundreds of visitors clicking your links…

A list that you can send affiliate product recommendations to and see your inbox flooded with irresistible “You Got a Sale” messages

Wouldn’t it be awesome to have your own list that prints money on demand?

The sad part is that for most people this is just a dream, which will NEVER turn reality…

Here’s WHY – there are three major obstacles:

  • they don’t know how to set-up an autoresponder
  • they don’t know how to build a list
  • they don’t know how to create a site/squeeze page

I know how awful it feels like to be left behind. While you’re struggling to starting your list, other marketers build several cash-sucking lists, all pumping money into their bank accounts, day and night.

In the last two years I’ve built myself lists in the IM field totalling up to 12, 000 subscribers [and paying-customers]. I own close to 40 different IM related “niche” lists from hundreds to thousands e-mails each.

All my lists/e-mails are 100% double opt-in, built via AWEBER autoresponder, using squeeze / landing pages.

The traffic methods I used where mainly affiliate/JV marketing, article writing, ad swaps, blog commenting and forum posting.

If you’re a beginner, you could probably spend 3 to 6 months yourself utilising all these free traffic methods, and build a 500+ subscriber list.

The major problem of the all newbie affiliate bloggers out there…

Do you really have the time to spend hours each day writing articles, posting blog comments and browsing forums?

Do you like doing that on a regular basis without getting bored?

Would you like to own a ready-build opt-in list of 760 subscribers who already trust me [see details here]?

Would you feel excited if I told you that this list consist of 760 real folks, just like you and me, who has a keen interest in AdSense… that you could get to know better, and pre-sell affiliate products and services to?

Here are just 3 money-making ideas you could use right away once you own my list [as I'm actually looking for an honest marketer to continue the list building/promotion]:

  • You could send fresh EzineArticles content on AdSense topics
  • You could send ClickBank/PayDotCom product reviews on AdSense
  • You could send them to check out your blog/site and you’ll get paid in AdSense earnings when they click on your ads…

These are just 3 ideas to wet your appetite.

If this interests you, send your comment below and answer these two questions:

1. Why would you like to own my ready-built list of 760 AdSense fans?

2. How much is worth to you a list packed with 760 AdSense fans?

Please take into consideration this aspect:

A. The highest bidder will get to own my list, for the right price.

B. I’ll introduce yourself to my list before I ask AWEBER to transfer my list into your account.

C. You’ll actually borrow part of my brand name, authority and integrity/credibility which I’ve build in the past years…

Looking forward to receiving your comments and hopefully, you’ll be the one to transfer the list to… for the right price :)

P.S. Why am I selling the list? Because I have other lists and projects to take care of… particularly offline projects, taking me lots of time…

Interesting! I have never seen anyone sell a list before, so I can’t wait to see how it all works out for you.

Codrut, can you sell a list to someone else when you promise to respect your subscribers email address when they subscribe?

I watched a video about list building where the guy said he never put “we respect your privacy” on his sign up forms because that meant that you could not sell or rent the addresses if you wanted to sell your site/blog.

Maybe the privacy thing is automatic on the aweber forms.
Perhaps the new list owner would have to get them to opt-in again.

I will be interested to hear you answer.

selling is when you’re actually selling emails individually or in bulk to several other individuals, that’s non ethically and illegal I guess…

but what I do is I transfer the list to the buyer and I alert my subscribers about the new ownership.

don’t you think this is a big difference?

I thought that is was unethical to sell or rent a list, and betray the trust of those who joined your list to start with!!

If you did not ask any names and have a privacy policy on your squeeze page, I would then think this was legal?

money is in the list a very popular quote in affiliate marketing world but I have always ignored it but due top rising competition and new people coming online to make money I guess it has now become somewhat essential to have list if you want to survive.

#www.netbahis.com: I think you’re not aware between the difference in selling and renting lists over and over again to different individuals or companies VS selling your business to others.
