It sounds not to difficult, what I realize now is the different generations Gen Y, Gen X and baby boomers learn very different and most importantly that Gen X and Gen Y grew up with a lot of technology ( almost born with that gift) and as a late baby boomer like myself to find someone who has the patient and understanding of the lack most boomers have (in general speaking!), is the biggest struggle for me.
